I would dare to say they are hands down the best realtors in OC and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. It was a great experience. "Don't let the young face fool you, Wyatt is a beast! We moved to Irvine to find a home and started with a few different agents. Many who were much more seasoned and experienced. I was skeptical because Wyatt is fresh-faced and relatively young. But of everyone we worked with, he came the most prepared by a mile, knew details about the areas - everything from comps to future construction projects to neighborhood development plans, and quickly digested our needs and wants, and showed us EXACTLY what we wanted.
We quickly dropped the others and worked exclusively with Wyatt. He showed us a few houses that NAILED IT really quick and we ended up making 3 offers in parallel and dropped to the one we loved the most. Ended up finding a house we wanted in 3 weeks! He suggested a lender that was awesome and closed us in 21 days and the Berkshire Hathaway Team had amazing resources for everything we wanted to do renovation wise. (not much, but everything was easy!). We now have our dream home and can't recommend Wyatt enough!"

"I was very worried at first about buying a property in the current market condition, however Wyatt helped to relieve a lot of my stress and anxiety when he helped us with our purchase in May. Wyatt was very professional, courteous, and responsive. He had good knowledge of the areas we were looking into (Huntington Beach, Irvine, North Tustin), and he was keen on finding out for us things that he didn't know. He was able to negotiate for us a wonderful place at a price that we are still very happy about. One thing I appreciated about Wyatt was that when he was showing us the properties, he never once looked at his phone, so it felt as though we were his only clients and we were getting his whole attention.
